How to change default search location for Internet Explorer 11

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Click the Settings Icon (Gear / Cog) in top right
3. Select Manage Addons
4. Click Search Providers
5. 
6. Click Find more search providers at the bottom of the window.
7. 
8. Type google into the search textbox
9. 
10. Click Add to Internet Explorer next to Google Search
11. 
12. Click Add to Internet Explorer again
13. 
14. Tick make this my Default Search Provider and click Add
15. 
16. Close the Internet Explorer window and the Manage Add-ons Window.
17. Open the Manage Add-ons window again and select Search Providers
18. You will see that google is now the default provider
19. 
20. You can remove Bing if you require, but Google will now be the search provider and you location should be picked up from your local machine.
21. Close all Internet Explorer windows and open new windows for testing.
